1. What MoSleep is, and isn't

MoSleep offers relaxation and thinking tools for bedtime and a 6-week program built on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). MoSleep is a general wellness app. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a doctor or a therapist. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about any medical condition, and never ignore or delay professional advice because of something in the app. See our Health Disclaimer.

The Sleep Window reduces time in bed. Follow it only as far as feels safe, use Widen my window or Pause whenever you need to, and don't drive or operate machinery if you feel very sleepy.

2. Eligibility

MoSleep is designed for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use it.

3. Free features and Premium

Some features are free. Others require MoSleep Premium, an auto-renewing subscription (yearly, monthly or weekly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. The plans, prices and any free trial available to you are shown in the app before you buy.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If a free trial or introductory price is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium for as long as MoSleep is offered, and does not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore purchases in the app with the same Apple ID.

5. Your data

Your data belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, only if you link an account, backed up privately. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse MoSleep: don't reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app or its services, and don't use it in violation of any law.

7. Our content

MoSleep, Mo the character, and the app's design, text and software belong to Ant Intellect. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

8. Apple

These terms are between you and Ant Intellect, not Apple. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

9. Disclaimers

MoSleep is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any technique, step or Sleep Window will improve your sleep.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ant Intellect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of MoSleep. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for MoSleep in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. You can stop using MoSleep at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Ant Intellect is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
